The Most Profitable and Popular Product to Promote

Back in 1973 when I started looking for some products on sale, I began my remarks with a response to the number of ads that I saw in some newspaper kiosks magazines like Popular Mechanix, and others. I deleted a dollar here, $ 5. there .. An additional $ 15. there (that one was for “Mail Order Guide”).

I started to read all this “information” that I have received, and began learning the basic facts about how to advertise and sell products to others. ” I was looking for something that I am interested in selling, that I would enjoy, then I could get myself! I thought if I do not personally LIKE the products I was selling, maybe I will not be sold to them, so I would not be good to sell them to others!

If you are looking for something to sell, I noticed that what I bought was “How-To, information reports, and books!” (I would rather have a bunch of 39 different books and reports that are received from all those ads that I responded to!) These were the books of the “sale of goods by post” .. and .. How to advertise and promote products for other “.. and many other names! They were all good resources, and I leared lot by reading them! Was it that the most popular? If I had been sent from the money that this information will not send the other money for some of these same kinds of “information” products?

About the same time, I began to consolidate the “List of Qualifiers”, to help me know when I find some good product. If the product is of interest to me, I would “check against the list of qualifiers.” In the list of qualifers (for an ideal product) are: (1) it must be the weight, to save on postage costs (2) It should be relatively small in size (not too big and bulky), (3) It is popular and Wanted item .. or I would not sell a lot! (4) It must be tough, and not an object, which is easy to spill, spoil, or pause (5) it must not be dated, and passion for the item, it should be a good seller and is now 10 years old! (6) it must be low cost for production and (7) it should allow you to gain pleasure from 2 to 10 times their cost!

I looked booklets that I have bought from several sources. They looked fairly easy to put together. I thought I could do the same. I could write my thoughts, my ideas, my knowledge, to get them printed and sell them to others! I realized that the reports and brochures MET all the requirements: They have weight, small size, they were popular, they can not spill, and Pamper Break! The information is not from lower production costs and they give a very good margin of profit! Since 1973, I did just that very thing; Writing my thoughts down, you enter them, getting them to print their advertising and selling them to others! I have now written 8 books and 90 reports. Some of my records are part of my 8 books! Several of my books sell for $ 24. or $ 29. – They only cost me $ 8. or $ 9. to fill each of them .. On the other $ 15. or $ 20. is profit!

Information is the ideal product mailorder! And also, since 1991, when I got my computer and modem, I am marketing these products through the Internet. In the end, the information product is the best market information super highway! I asked this question several times: “Harry, why did you sell booklets and other reports by e-mail? It may be that they are asked to: “How do you possibly make any money selling small $ 1.00 and $ 2.00 Reports to the other?” I sell them, mainly because:

(1) I like the sale of “How to” information with third parties;
(2) information booklets and reports easy to write and produce;
(3) it takes very little money to prepare some good leaflets or reports;
(4) This item is easy for someone to start selling by mail;
(5) people want and buy them;
(6) They are quick money of individuals who receive their orders coming in fast!
(7) They are small, lightweight and easily installed in a # 10 envelope! And,
(8) There are many issues and topics on which you can write.

I found that most people will quickly send you $ 1. or $ 2. but procrastinate when they should send you $ 20. or $ 30.! This may not seem like it, but I’m probably more sales, and deals with more buyers, but I make my million, the one who sells only $ 20. and $ 30. points! And I think that I would be much more interesting to do it, too!
